Hi, I’m Ahmad.

AI and automation specialist who builds working systems, not demos. I design LLM agents, voice bots, and n8n workflows, then ship them as real products with Python and Next.js. At Cloud Surge, I support and extend Power Platform and Dynamics 365 systems and build AI-connected flows for clients, and I work on frontend and performance. My design background keeps everything I build clear and easy to use.

A local, OpenAI-compatible gateway that pools OAuth, API-key and web-session providers behind one endpoint, with credential rotation, failover, model discovery and a browser dashboard. It also speaks the Anthropic Messages API (Claude Code) and the OpenAI Responses API (Codex CLI). Published on npm, MIT licensed.

A Windows desktop ERP for sugar-mill operations: inventory with weighted-average costing, sales and POS, purchases, double-entry accounting, cane receipts with a weighbridge link, juice production and payroll. Permission-checked, with an append-only audit history, local SQLite storage and nightly backups.

  - BituChem: Model-driven app with 94 cloud flows and 12 custom tables, including a weighbridge order-calculation flow.
  - Lakes Showering: Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel contact centre with 11 cloud flows, 12 tables, Copilot, and Azure Communication Services.
  - Robell Maintenance: Worked on this project as well.
- Gloucester Rugby "Squad Cam" (Emerge Digital GRC): Worked on the redesign of the Power Apps canvas app, building to the client's spec on a safe copy of the live app.
- Squad Cam AI fan-art flow: Upgrading it in Power Automate from 1 reference image (FLUX Kontext) to 4, using the OpenAI image API, with a new email template.
- Investigated a login slowdown on the Yielders platform. JMeter tests ran fine at low traffic but dropped badly at 50 virtual users while server CPU stayed low, which pointed to a shared bottleneck such as session locking or database connections.
- Audited caching on the Yielders site behind AWS CloudFront. Found static files with no cache headers, and showed that safe caching needs content-hashed file names first.
- Built a full design system inventory (fonts, colors, components) of the live Yielders site, using a custom AI browser-automation setup, to plan its rebuild from Symfony to Next.js.
